Yuriy began his career as a luxury homebuilder in California, constructing high-end residences in places like Silicon Valley and Lake Tahoe. From the outside, it looked like he had it all — fast cars, motorcycles, financial success. But inside, something was missing. The more he built dream homes for others, the more he realized that material success alone couldn’t bring the peace or fulfillment he was searching for.

Everything began to change when Yuriy stepped out of a church one day and noticed a group of homeless people nearby. Moved by compassion, he offered to take them out for a meal — and it didn’t stop there. He kept helping, day after day, until it became clear that his purpose wasn’t just in building homes, but in rebuilding lives.

Alongside his wife Tanya, Yuriy found deeper meaning in helping people overcome addiction, supporting drug and alcohol recovery efforts, and working with orphanages in Mexico and other parts of the world. They eventually left behind their life in California, sold nearly everything, and moved to Texas to start a faith-based Life Change Center and ministry focused on real, lasting transformation.

As their resources dwindled, Yuriy returned to homebuilding in San Antonio to support the work — but it wasn’t long before he was called again, this time to fire and water restoration. He saw that when families are hit by disaster, they need more than repairs — they need someone who truly cares, who will help them feel whole again.

With help from a longtime friend in California who operates a highly successful restoration company across California and Colorado, Yuriy learned the trade hands-on, combined it with his decades of building experience, and launched the Water and Fire Restoration Team. Today, the company stands on faith, service, and craftsmanship — restoring homes to their original or better condition and using the proceeds to support ministries, orphanages, and recovery programs around the world.

Yuriy leads by example, showing his team what it means to work with integrity, care, and purpose. He pours his heart into every project — not just to restore a structure but to restore peace and stability for the families affected. For him, restoration is more than a service — it's a calling.
